How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

Admission Criteria by Level

Bachelor Degree Programs

Academic Qualifications: G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent international qualification.

English Requirements: IELTS 5.0 equivalent or passing the Lexicon Internal English Proficiency Test.

Selection Criteria: Based on approved criteria, potentially including entrance exam and interview scores.

Foundation & Diploma Programs

Academic Qualifications: Successful completion of G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) or equivalent.

English Requirements: Basic competence in English required.

Progression: Foundation Programs are designed for applicants with insufficient English proficiency to provide a clear pathway to degree-level studies.

Students must maintain at least 80% attendance in lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to be eligible for examinations.

Students failing a course may be allowed to re-sit examinations. If a student fails after re-sitting opportunities, they must repeat the course with the next cohort.

Students should first attempt informal resolution. If unsuccessful, a formal written complaint is submitted. Unresolved cases can be escalated to the Faculty Grievance Committee and eventually to the Institute Grievance Committee.
